Planning Light Towers for Your Own Mine Site
This delivery provides a reference configuration. For another mine, the number and placement of towers should follow the areas and tasks that need lighting. Share a site layout or work-area dimensions, the working positions, obstacles and any vehicle routes so the lighting requirement can be reviewed.
- Lighting task: identify the work area, observation tasks, operating hours and any required illuminance criteria.
- Mast and positioning: state the required height, overhead clearance, ground conditions and how frequently the equipment will move.
- Power requirement: specify voltage, frequency and any equipment you want to run alongside the floodlights. A 5 kW generator rating does not mean 5 kW remains available for auxiliary equipment while lighting is operating.
- Supply and delivery: provide quantity, destination, delivery schedule, towing requirements and spare-parts needs.
