Add the technical details you already know

Provide the information available now; identify unknown requirements so they can be discussed during configuration selection.

• Lighting task: application, work-area dimensions, target illumination if known, obstacles and operating hours.
• Power and equipment: preferred model, fuel or charging access, voltage and frequency, and any cameras or other equipment to power.
• Site and transport: temperature, altitude, dust, noise limits, wind exposure, access, towing conditions and relocation frequency.
• Supply scope: quantity, delivery country or port, target delivery date, inspection documents, packing and spare-parts requirements.

For solar surveillance, add the camera count and type, observation areas, recording and retention needs, network coverage, operating schedule and required energy reserve. State who will supply the cameras, network services and monitoring arrangements.

For rental fleets, describe the expected duty cycle, service resources, handover documents and who will handle local setup or repair. Request the applicable support and supply responsibilities in writing.
